Saeed is specialized in providing comprehensive legal solutions related to commercial real estate transactions, including searching the title of real estate properties, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including, but not limited to, lease contracts, purchase and sale agreements, as well as assisting in tracing the chain of title and providing advice before moving forward with purchasing any property and then registering all types of real estate properties with the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Authority and completing ownership transfer procedures, as well as reviewing all types of construction permits and reconciling building violations.
- Completed the procedures for registering and transferring ownership of the Delta Sand Brick Factory in the Industrial Zone – Quesna, on an area of 59 feddans.
- Reviewed ownership contracts and completed the procedures for registering and transferring the ownership contracts of 7 hotels related to the historical Talaat Moustafa Group deal.
- Completed the procedures for registering and transferring real estate ownership including all types of registration procedures, such as registering a judgment evidencing the ownership of an apartment with the Heliopolis Real Estate Registration Directorate.
Saeed holds an LLB (2018) from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University and was registered with the Bar Association in 2020.
