Ibrahim is a Senior Associate in Shahid Law Firm’s Corporate Group. Ibrahim regularly represents clients in setting up companies, branch and representative offices, as well as organizes board and shareholders’ meetings and deals with competent companies, investment, and immigration authorities. Furthermore, Ibrahim assists clients in obtaining corporate and value added tax cards, opening social insurance files and obtaining industrial permits. Ibrahim also advises clients in the context of corporate restructuring, mergers and capital increase mandates.
- Assisting EDF EN, Scatec Solar and Voltalia in achieving financial closure under Round 2 of the Egyptian Feed-In Tariff program with a total capacity of 425MWac, with respect to their corporate and value added tax registration procedures.
- Assisting Raw Diagnostics Egypt and Takeda Egypt for Trading & Distribution in their value added tax registration.
- Assisting Link Misr Manufacture for Storage Products and Lank Misr in their merger procedures.
- Representing Abbott Limited, Abbott HealthCare and Abbott Products in their capital increase procedures.
- Representing SunRise Energy and Rising Sun Energy in their incorporation procedures.
- Representing Polyguard products Inc. in its trademark registration procedures in Egypt.
- Assisting Raw Diagnostics Egypt in obtaining industrial licenses and permits from the relevant authorities.
- Representing Jamjoom Pharma in the opening of its social insurance file.
Ibrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an L.L.B. from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He is also a sworn patents agent, registered with the Internal Trade Development Authority.
