Shahid Law Firm successfully helps one of the largest Egyptian pharmaceutical companies collect on a debt with a value exceeding EGP 400 million through a debt/asset swap.
The scope of work included conducting thorough legal due diligence on the asset, actively participating in the negotiations with the counterparties, clearing the assets from all encumbrances granted to the debtor’s lenders, and preparing the final agreements signed by all parties.
