Shahid Law Firm secures a quick victory for its Client, a renowned international Contractor, related to a contract for works located in a well-known residential complex in New Cairo, Egypt, by ensuring a settlement with the Employer (a well-known Real Estate Developer) and its Parent Company.

Through one precise strike in the notice of arbitration it filed, where Shahid Law argued the extension of arbitration clause and liability to the Parent Company, not only did the Shahid law team manage to secure favorable settlement terms, but it also managed to significantly limit its Client's exposure to any counterdemands.
