Since joining Shahid Law Firm in 2024, Nouran has played a pivotal role in assisting with the preparation of articles of incorporation, by-laws, and commercial contracts. Her responsibilities extend to conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, responding to client questionnaires, organizing board and shareholders’ meetings, drafting minutes, and managing corporate secretarial duties. Nouran’s meticulous approach ensures that her work consistently aligns with the firm’s high standards and client expectations.

Nouran has closely collaborated with major multinational and local corporations on a variety of mandates. Her contributions include advising several high-profile companies such as Elekta, Acciona, Zoetis, Maxam, and Mountain View on a range of corporate and commercial compliance matters.

Nouran holds an L.L.B. from the Faculty of Law, English section, Ain Shams University, and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law.
