Nouran is a Junior Associate at Shahid Law Firm, where she plays a crucial role in both the Corporate and Arbitration Departments. Since joining the firm, Nouran has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for delivering accurate and effective legal outcomes. Her work involves navigating the complexities of corporate law and arbitration, where she applies her expertise to ensure that clients receive thorough and strategic legal guidance.

In her role, Nouran is responsible for preparing and reviewing articles of incorporation, by-laws, and commercial contracts, as well as conducting detailed legal research and analysis. She also responds to client inquiries, organizes board and shareholders’ meetings, drafts meeting minutes, and manages corporate secretarial duties. Her contributions are integral to the firm’s efforts in providing high-quality legal services, especially in complex corporate transactions and arbitration proceedings.

Nouran worked with multiple clients on Due Diligences including TMG, E-Finance.

Nouran graduated with a double diploma a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Legal studies from Cairo University –and a Bachelor’s Degree from école de droit et des affaires internationals Sorbonne – Paris 1, and is now completing her Master’s degree in Public affairs law at Sorbonne – Paris 1.

Prior to joining Shahid Law Firm, Nouran gained invaluable experience through Moot Courts, she received the Best Oralist award in the BUE IT law moot court of 2023, and she specializes in Data Protection Law since she was co-writer in a book related to the pros and cons of the Egyptian Data Protection Law in comparison with the GDPR of the European Union.
