Mohamed has been working in the Corporate Department since 2016, i.e. for five years, in issues related to incorporating companies and obtaining approvals on ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies and boards of directors meetings for many limited liability and joint-stock companies dealing with the Firm.

Since 2020, Mohamed has specialized in the field of cases and lawsuits in the Firm, especially in matters relating to the enforcement of judgments before all levels of Egyptian courts.

He has dealt with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in all governorates, Commercial Registration Authority, Tax Authority, Real Estate Registration and Authentication Authority, Chambers of Commerce, Civil Protection Authority and General Administration of Passports at the Ministry of Interior.

  • Represented Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment Company in real estate and civil lawsuits.
  • Represented Abbott Limited Egypt and its sister companies in labor lawsuits.
  • Represented Sonesta Middle East Company for managing floating hotels and tourist villages in labor disputes and cases.
  • Represented the Suez Company for Minerals in labor cases.
  • Represented the Egyptian British Co. (Egybrit) in civil disputes.
  • Represented Concentrix CVG Egypt in labor disputes.
  • Represented Nokia Egypt in labor cases.
  • Represented Eli Lilly and Co. in labor cases

He holds an LLB (2013) from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University. He is registered with the Bar Association and was promoted to the level of handling appeal cases.
