Mohamed Aly has particular expertise in labor cases, as well as civil cases, corporate disputes, commercial lawsuits and misdemeanors, and specializes in cases arising from the non-implementation of construction contracts as well as contract drafting, the procedures for enforcing civil judgments and services required before the Real Estate Registration Authority.   • Represented MBC in many labor cases filed against the Company and Nokia Egypt in many labor cases filed against it, as well as LinkMisr International.
  • Represented the Italian company IFFI Studio in its dispute against an Egyptian company, and the Company obtained its dues amounting to 450,000 thousand [sic] euros (four hundred & fifty thousand Euros).
  • Represented the Firm in carrying out usufruct registration procedures for more than 26 solar energy companies in the solar energy project located in Aswan Governorate.
  • Represented the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in many of its disputes in being the body responsible for regulating civil aviation all over the world, and similarly in a financial dispute amounting to 11,500,000[sic] (one hundred & fifteen million Egyptian Pounds} against one of the insurance companies.
  • Represented also many international pharmaceutical companies in their various disputes, such as GlaxoSmithKline and Roche.
  • Represented Stoller Enterprises for agricultural fertilizers, which is one of the leading global companies in its field and managed to place a precautionary seizure on the factory owned by the customer’s opponent in the free zone, according to the interim injunction issued by the Economic Court.

Hany is a lawyer who obtained an LLB in 1996 from Cairo University.
