Abdelrahman joined Shahid Law Firm as a capital market Consultant in September 2023. He has more than 15 years of experience across various areas of Egyptian capital market, including, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, capital increases, capital reduction. And Commercial matters. Prior to joining SHAHID LAW FIRM, Abdelrhman worked for the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA)
Abdelrhman specializes in direct and indirect acquisitions of Egyptian legal entities and capital markets transactions. Also, Abdelrhman has developed unique expertise in general corporate matters in Egypt. Additionally, he has amassed extensive knowledge in major IPOs and private placements, which entailed cooperating with International Counsels in reviewing and drafting the relevant sections of the Prospectus, as well as reviewing and drafting the Public Subscription Notices. In addition, Abdelrhman has experience in various Sukuk transactions, securitization transactions and drafting the Prospectus and contracts in such matters.

Abdulrahman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ain Shams University, and he has completed a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Financial Markets from the AAMBFS in Cairo, Egypt.
